Currently, when you click the 'Settings' button, you are calling the login page, not the service screen.
please check the service status of each app from your company.
If the above phenomenon occurs, please change the setting value from the location as shown below.

Developer Center Admin login > Apps > Step 01. app setup > General > App URL > Radio button (iframe or new window)
